Kwik Sew 3460 — Ordered

Natalee has ordered 10 of the Kwik Sew 3460 patterns, and they will be in the store in time for our next meeting (July 21). She said the cost would be around $12. Thanks, Natalee!

Jacket for Our Next Challenge

I already sent this announcement via email, but I should put it on the blog as well, shouldn’t I??

The jacket for next year’s challenge will be Kwik Sew 3460. The plan is to showcase our creative talents — we will all start the same but we will end up with unique results. I don’t have an exact deadline for when this challenge will be due, but it will be before the ASG conference in Houston (August 17–19, 2012).

Update: The jacket challenge is due July 19!

Pattern Options for the Next Challenge

Suzy proposed that all of us make a garment using the same pattern as our next challenge. Below are some possibilities—if you have others you’d like to add, please let me know. I’ve noted whoever showed/suggested the pattern in parentheses.
